Questions of Age and Sensibility.
Why you came to me I question each day. The memories that I have will only disappear. The sense that you have only fade with age. It's true we will age but it doesn't mean we're wise. This depression that you show, you can only blame your age. The symptoms of the past should be left alone. To save you, don't look up to me. The sense that you have only fade with age. The question that you have only fade with age.

Seasons Without Reason
Surrounded by strangers i'm told you're here to help. To help with what I wonder, your face look unkind. To be hopeful, or frightened. I'd prefer if you were gone. It's not too late to start things over to build it all. But still she waits and quietly wonders how this world's just. Seasons will change as this occupation reigns. Summer will bring more death for sure.

Incandescent.
Standing there it's up in the air. Falling forward bringing it home. A simple hope in which you believe. No ardent love, or desire to change. Standing there it's up in the air. Black lights into the night, your hopes drift away.

Let's Just Pretend it was Convenient.
We ride these streets and know their names. Believe me when I say, I never faulted with the directions you gave. How far did you lead me astray? Did you notice whit lines cross. Believe me when I say, I never enjoyed lying out my teeth. How far did you lead me astray? So let's just pretend, that everything was said. Let's just pretend, that we never met.

Lies Rain.
Redemption, go out and cast blame. Redemption, it taught us to leave. Salvation lies of all time. Redemption, now who does it save?

Four Litre Drops.
Rain drops light up track after track. On we go. Not on this train.

The House Through Your Eyes.
A picture would be better than these word. Why did we never take on together? The secret we both hold close, but know we can't keep forever. Empty hopes hide an hour at a time. But when the passion fades. But when the glory fades. Your starving eyes and sunlit smile with emptiness there lies. A hope that the sun will rise to warm me once again. A picture would be better than these word. How did that evening go? The secret we both let out, but know we can't keep forever. It's so far down. So far down in these hallways.

Trading Truths.
You read me stories from books that lied. Finding there's no truth in what there was written. What were you hiding? I hope it was blind. You read me stories from books that lied. Now we write the stories and I make you read them. Taking your first breath; watching it kill you. Taking your first step; putting your foot out. It's all for you and not for me.

Second.
So you let you down. To try, but heads drop. Eyes Close. Pride won't last. So get; get your crown. Save yourself. Open hand.

So Indifferent.
Is it hard to let truth show? Not in this place for all I know. Counting the number of times you've swallowed your pride. Building it up for all to see (letting you down for all to see). If you lose yourself where do you go? This empty glass is all I know. Picking yourself up is never easy. Fear of failure was always seen. This night starts off just the same. Scotch and Whiskey are just not to blame. These nights are breaking me in two. Take the pictures of me and you. This night ends up just the same. Scotch and Whiskey are just not to blame. Riding home days better pass. So indifferent, but sober at last.
